Standard Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage availability for all guests.

Cancellation Timeline

  • 7 or more days before check-in: Full refund of your booking amount (minus any non-refundable fees)
  • 3 to 6 days before check-in: 50% refund of your booking amount
  • Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund available
  • No-show: No refund and full charge applies

How to Cancel

To cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • Through your booking confirmation link (if booked directly)

Please include your confirmation number and the name on the reservation.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation confirmation. Funds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Modifications

Need to change your dates? Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your new dates, subject to availability. Date changes are treated as a cancellation of the original booking followed by a new reservation.

Holiday and Peak Season Policy

During holidays and peak season periods, a modified cancellation policy may apply:

  • 14+ days notice for full refund
  • 7-13 days notice for 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days: no refund

Peak season dates will be noted at the time of booking.

Force Majeure

In cases of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government mandates, etc.), we will work with you on rebooking or issuing credits for future stays.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances that may require you to cancel.
