Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Sonoma Grove Suites website and making reservations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Booking and Reservations
Making a Reservation
When you make a reservation, you are entering into a binding agreement. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Guest Requirements
- Primary guest must be 21 years or older
- Valid identification required at check-in
- Credit card in guest's name for security deposit
- Maximum occupancy must be observed
Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability
Payment Terms
- Full payment required at time of booking
- Accepted: Major credit cards, debit cards
- Security deposit may be required
- All rates are in US Dollars
House Rules
All guests agree to abide by the following rules:
- No smoking inside the property
- No pets (service animals with documentation welcome)
- No parties or events without prior approval
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- Respect neighboring properties
- No illegal activities
Damages and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. Charges for damages may be applied to the credit card on file.
Cancellation Policy
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
Limitation of Liability
Sonoma Grove Suites is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during your stay, except where caused by our negligence. We recommend travel insurance for all guests.

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Sonoma Grove Suites and protected by copyright laws.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sonoma County, California.
