The hosts are very responsive and the place is very spacious for a 2 bed - 2 bath. We loved the fact that it is very close to Sonoma plaza and the railroad attraction.

Very comfortable condo in a great location for exploring the main plaza. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Will definitely look for availability here for our next trip to the area.

Great Location! Close to downtown Sonoma!

All and all a nice property. It would be nice to have basic condiments like oil and spices plus foil and plastic wrap.

The condo was nice and very clean! The host provided all the necessary information to access the property. It was close to stores, restaurants and coffee. We would definitely stay here again and hopefully can make it back soon!

Monica's place was great - spacious, well maintained, fully equipped, and clean. The view from the balcony is amazing!! The location itself is good and easy to access, there is parking available at all times of the day. It is not walking distance from the downtown area. The carwash next door is not loud at night, but you can definitely hear them in the mornings (at 7 am) as they clean the place and get ready for the day. Monica was easy to communicate with; directions to check in and out were clear and easy to follow. Overall, 5-star experience and would definitely return.

Loved our stay — the view out the back windows is beautiful, so peaceful. Close walk to local grocery store and places to eat, walkable to Sonoma Square. Would be happy to stay again.

Great Location! The unit was as described. It was clean, and the beds were comfy. We would stay here again.

Location was easy to find, matched the photos, and living area was spacious. There was noise from a car wash next door in middle of the night, but that impacted only one of the two bedrooms. Owner was responsive! We were looking for wine glasses on our first night and there weren’t enough for 4 of us. She ordered some and they were delivered to the condo for us to use the remaining days. We didn’t cook or eat in, so cannot comment on availability of cooking utensils. Next time, we would look for something closer to the plaza/square area. It was too far to walk from this location. Uber was only about $8-10 each ride. Condo was clean, but found bath towels left in the dryer and shampoo/soap left from previous renter in the master shower when we arrived. Guessing the cleaner just missed these details.It was nice to not have a long list of items to complete for checkout. Only request was to place towels on floor and turn off air conditioning. Easy!

The outside of the unit looked like a Motel 6, the inside all though had be flipped and updated, the amount of cleaner they used was extremely strong and unpleasant, there were numerous issues with the unit , lights that needed to be replaced, bathroom fan that ran constantly could not turn off, bathroom sinks that don't drain. So overall looks can be deceiving.

We needed to check in early to be on time for our wedding welcome reception, and Monica was very responsive and let us check in a few hours early. Very accommodating!

Description said toiletries were provided. They were not. Monica offered to reimburse but I was looking for convenience, not reimbursement. Having to run to CVS at 9:30pm because there’s no shampoo, body wash, keurig pods, Kleenex etc was not what I wanted to do after a full day of travel. The suite was perfect for our family. We loved the large space and great balcony. There was lots of room and amenities. Monica was friendly and responsive during sign in time. The kitchen was great to cook full meals. The ensuite was awesome. I would stay here again!

Fully renovated, covered parking, very clean place to stay. Comfortable for two couples. Easy access to redwoods, Sonoma wineries, and town of Sonoma. Walkable to Starbucks in a very safe area.

The place was great, nice and comfortable even tho I didn’t stay overnight I did check the place out , this was merely a work related stay , my husband and his crew are the ones that enjoy the stay and they had all they need it!

This was the perfect location for a weekend spent at local wineries in Sonoma! The condo was exactly as described and in perfectly clean condition upon arrival. Monica was very responsive as a host and encouraged our group to reach out if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this unit for future guests and would rent again in the future!

Simply a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Monica’s unit had everything you would need for an exceptional stay in the wonderful town of Sonoma. The view out the back patio was gorgeous, the place was clean and smelled nice, and was a nice walk or run from the Square. They even were accommodating and let us check in a little early, which was such a nice gesture to be able to drop our luggage off and begin exploring. When we are visiting the town again, we will definitely book this unit again! Thank you!

Clean and convenient.

We rented the apartment for a long weekend, for 4 of us. The check in was easy with clear instructions. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. The apartment is very spacious, with a lovely view of olive trees. The kitchen has all what you need. The beds are comfortable. The linens and decor are great quality. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend it to anyone.

Clean and quiet. Great place to stay to go wine tasting and right off Highway 12 for easy access to wineries to the north, but also a short uber to the main square in downtown. Nice view off the back balcony too!

The condo was within walking distance to many restaurants and the cute downtown square. It was just as described, very clean and comfortable. When we had to contact the owner late one night about a very small issue, she was extremely quick to answer and offered to send someone out immediately. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great stay in Sonoma area.

Our stay could not have gone any better. The place was perfect. Clean, roomy, excellent location, responsive host. Not much more to say other than we will definitely stay here next time we're in Sonoma. Thank you for a perfect stay!

We had a slight hiccup with accessing the apartment which made us late to the event. However, once it was sorted out everything was great. The space is newly renovated and clean. It’s a 20 minute walk to the Sonoma Plaza but Ubers were abundant and easy to use.

Easy access, good location, clean and roomy.

We loved our stay. The unit was clean, compact and simple and was very close to what we came to visit. And staying in Sonoma felt easier and simpler to get around vs. Napa. And of course, the availability to some wonderful wineries was the icing on the cake. Also, the property manager (and owner) were both very responsive to any questions or issues that arose. We absolutely recommend this place!

Good place to stay, very clean, a lot of space, modern. Beds are very comfortable. If we have to say something, it was just about the loud neighbors upstairs.

The hosts were very receptive to a few extra needs we had. It was a cold rainy weekend, and we needed some ‘cuddle’ blankets and they delivered! (Totally unnecessary items)! Location is just perfect for all our excursions. The place is clean and comfortable and nicely decorated with fully stocked kitchen items. In apt washer/dryer was just what we needed. Wonderful weekend!

Stayed here for 6 nights with my wife and kids. Location was terrific for all our daily excursions to Santa Rosa, Napa, Guerneville, and even San Francisco. Unit was clean and adequately equipped. Host was very responsive as well. The only surprising thing, though not a deal breaker, is that the complex is in somewhat of a commercial area vs a residential area. All in all, we were happy with the unit and it served our needs for a few nights.

The property was as advertised. Like that it was close to Sonoma square and we could walk. Everything was clean and almost brand new. We had a nice stay for 4 adults.

A friend and I stayed at this property for a long girls weekend in Sonoma and Napa. Overall, we were pleased with our choice. We found the location to be perfect for our plans to visit wineries and local spots. It was also conveniently located to downtown, grocery and restaurants. The property itself was very well-appointed but missing an iron/ironing board. Our host provided a really nice summary of the property and local area in advance of check-in. Even with her details, the code for entry was still a little challenging. However, our host was incredibly quick to respond and talk us through the process. After that, we had no further problems with entry. While this situation was totally out of the control of our host, the couple in the unit above this property got into a nasty argument around 3am for approx. two hours on the last evening of our stay. It was disappointing to lose sleep and end our trip on that note.

The complex is in a great location. A lot of noise from other tenanting the complex all hours of day & night. This was the only draw back. The condo was clean & well located
